teddiesteddies

Just like the Italian Job, members of the North Devon Mini Register have pulled off another heist. In a daring raid on Little Bridge House, the Children’s Hospice SW, they overpowered 2 fluffy guard dogs and the bouncer, a giant fluffy Panda and made off with an undisclosed amount of boxes containing Children’s Hospice Teddies.

A spokesman from the political side of the Mini Register said that there was no truth to the rumour that it took six Register members to overpower the giant Panda. It took 4 and they are all receiving treatment at the North Devon District Hospital.

There have been whispers that the Teddies want to do their bit and have been set free to spread the word about the “Big Babes Appeal” for the new Children’s Hospice being built in Somerset.

Terry Baker the spokesman for the political side of the Mini Register denies knowing the whereabouts of the Children's Hospice Teddies. After coughing up a number of fur balls, he claimed his 2 black eyes and injured arm were the result of walking into a lamppost.

“I do not know where these Teddies are, cough, cough, but at last they have been set free. I’ve heard that there is a whole underground resistance movement helping them. We have had reports that they are appearing up and down the country, mainly in Mini's and on the back of motorbikes. We have also heard that a few brave Teddies have made their way even further afield and the pictures are coming in fast. I only wish I knew how they got where they are.

So should you see one of them wish them luck and take a picture, tell them we are all recovering from our ordeal and now it’s all up to them”.
