Land's End to John O'Groats PDF Print E-mail

We get a regular group of nutcases that return year after year to do this event, and each year we welcome new nutcases to the event.

At the end of June each year a group of minis, from all over the country leave Barnstaple for the start of the annual Land's End to John O’Groats mini run.
Lejog is the first of the NDMR major fund raising events and each of the minis do a round trip of about 2000 miles. Using mainly A & B roads with 2 short sections of motorway they cross some of the country's best countryside. They leave Barnstaple on Monday and are in John O’Groats by Friday lunch time. They do about 250 miles a day between camp sites and stop every morning at a supermarket for breakfast, they even know where the toilets are en route. The event is not a race or a rally, it is just a small group of mini nuts doing what they enjoy most; driving their minis and knowing that they can help raise a great deal of money makes it even more fun.

Time until the next LEJOG:
