A quick update from the DC side of things... I'll be there at 7:30 - I think I may be in charge of the key to the toilets!  I'll hopefully have the trophies and the special prize in my car. There'll also be some flyers telling people about the commemorative pieces to go in the programmes if that's OK? Terry - do you want those before hand? For those that don't know, we're making some commemorative beer tankards engraved with the SCBH logo which will only be available to order from our shop on the day. A percentage of each one will go straight to the appeal. The restaurant will be opening at 9:30 for breakfast. Cream teas will be on later in the day. Again, a portion of each breakfast and/or cream tea will go the appeal. Not sure how many programmes, Terry - is it one per Mini? How many Minis are we expecting? |
