I know I know I know. but just wanted every one to know the this years Christmas Meal is on the 3rd December at the Riverford Hotel Bideford,. He does the Bed and Breakfast at a special rate for us. We must be the only club that gives out a trophy for furthest travelled for their christmas meal. The cost of the meal is £17-00 and it is a very good night. We even have a few of the marshels come. Interested let me know.

Terry - sadly we won't be able to come this year as we are already booked for that weekend. The only Red Red Wine we'll be getting will be UB40 at Wembley.
Anyhow, when we stayed at the Riversford for LEJOG the guvnor said that if you went to see him he would buy you a pint and put some money in for the hospice. Hope you've been in to claim it!

Just in case anyone is worried there will not be a party ring or ginger nut to be seen at the christmas meal unless they are smuggled in. Checks will be made on entrance(p2_ban) on the pain of The Christmas meal is a bit like a mini G8 summit the coming together of great minds . We have an award ceremony that equals the oscars and you could not pay for the company you will be keeping that night. Sounds really fantastic might even go me self.

I would not dream of banning you 2 but we have to ban biscuits of any type as we do not want world war 3 breaking out at the riversford. Have checked with Carol and the B&B is £25 per person per night. The meal is £17 per head. There is a vegi alternative. Its a great night and shouldn't be missed. i got some pics of the teddy but they are not good, they are two dark, the lovely people at ocean world tried to do some professional pics of the sealions kissing teddy, but the sea lion was scared of him. i have only been texing paul 3 times a day, im not sure if he knows how much it costs him too!

As i was explaining to batty - i have plans afoot to implement a photo album on the forum. it will be available to registered members, and each user will have their own album to upload images to. I just have to finish setting up, and make it look nice, coz it's butt ugly at the moment!
