Hobbies

Well I know we all love our minis passionatly and spend every spare minute repairing the little darlings, but when the work is done and there is some spare money in your pockets..................what do you like to do as your hobby/interest?

My hobby, which i love, is quite unsual and I get a few strange comments made about it.

Can you guess what it is?

is it beating people over the head and stealing their s?

is it collecting oddly shaped fish fingers? or is that just me.... If i win can i have some jaffa cakes?
   my hobbies apart from the mini are music and cross stitching (yeah-i know it's sad )

I must be sad too because I do cross stitch, got a cute Winnie the Pooh one on the go at the moment.

Other than that, minis, eating take away food with mates, eating at restaurants with mates, eating, watching far too much mindless drivel on the TV generally a lazy tart!!!

I'm also an Avon lady (bing-bong) and help run the safmini club.

I've run out of Party Rings!!!!!!!

i got it!! i had a flash of inspiration as i was riding home!!

(oh and just in case anyone was interested and as a complete aside - i was listening to some music at work earlier and discovered that spiderman is dancing to 'you give love a bad name' by bon jovi. it's frightening really)

missysmummy- i've just finished a large picture for my mum and dads xmas pressie,can't say what it is in case they see this!  thinking about getting one of those photo charts done of mabel-will take years though due to her glittery roof-how many colours!!??

MissyB my mini would be a difficult one to do too, she is pearl white so has so many different shades depending on the light and the shadow. I did the red mini one that is sold at the shows. Considered joining the x-stitch club thing but I'd end up spending a fortune.

Do they have minis? Thinking of doing a meet and greet next year at Duxford, all welcome to come along, but we have to confirm details etc yet.....

Sadly no, we have a club new year dinner, plus works dinners and my darts team dinner.....and PARIS new years parade to pay for....

I actually come from Cornwall originally, born in Truro but raised in West Sussex. I want to move back down to the west at some point in my life. At least I know there is a buzzing mini scene there!!!

well the skid pan car is a ford mondeo on a big computerised shopping trolley type affair, it's the parked cop cars at the end of the skid pan that always worry me - and when i went the time before last - he made me drive round the skid pan with my eyes shut. it's very unnerving! mind you i controlled the skid better with my eyes shut - worrying or what?

Looking at what is going on in Paris at the moment, not sure the minis would be safe!!!

Much safer in Bideford, north devon for the Christmas meal. On the other hand having just reat the tread between Michelle and her Mum Carol I am not so sure.
