lol it will happen. ive got used to it now as ive broken both arms (one of them twice), dislocated an elbow, broken a leg, broken a knee, cracked my head open and possibly a few fractures.
Most of those happened years ago but i eed surgery on my knee as it gets extremely sore after a long drive or walk

i broke my elbow when i was little on a bit of lego, and a couple of years ago (2 days before the NDMR Christmas dinner in fact) i got knocked off my motorbike by a blonde female idiot (what restraint that took to say that), and broke my hand and ankle. injury thursday, devon friday, room on top floor of hotel, no lift, plaster cast on foot monday. hopping up stairs is really hard work!!! Also, everyone, being the extremely kind, caring persons that we know they are, all took the micky something rotten for the whole weekend. i say they were jealous coz they had to cut their own food.

my hand is clunky now, and i have plans to predict the weather in my aching bones.

it wasn't my good bike that got written off - in case anyone was worried. i had a honda c90 for winter commuting - complete gigggle, diabolical bike. Fazer still safe and sound!!

Thoroughly recommend RSS (rider support services). free to join, and they dealth with everything for me - got me compensation for injury, money for bike, and money for replacement clothing. brilliant! setup for bikers by bikers.

i bet a broken nose would hurt!

one of my dads mates has a false leg from a motorbike accident. he broke his leg in so many places they made a metal frame to hold it together. 2 years later they took the metal frame out and his leg snapped after 2 hours coz the pins left a large hole in his bone. you get the gist of it......
