Well spotted Rita! Yep that was me... not satisfied with embarrasing pictures of me in a dress in magazines I went and let the BBC follow me around for six weeks while I tried to turn from a slob into Mr Health and Fitness. To be fair it was good fun and I seem to have entertained a lot of my mates up here, many of who haven't stopped laughing yet.
Rita wasn't laughing, and was fascinated by the programme and she has watched it each day since. She's off work with a bad leg - can hardly walk, can't drive, and definitely can't use dual controls. (And as those of you are self employed will know she isn't getting paid.) She says maybe she needs to go on the programme and lose some weight, but she can't stop smoking as she's never smoked........... |
