need a new bypass hose for Mabel-i know the fluted type are pants but can i fit a straight kevlar or silicone one with no adjustments? or do i need the cylinder head adaptor jobby that i saw on one website?

you should be able to fit a straight kevlar jooby with out the adaptor, as far as i know the adaptor makes it easierto change the hose with the head still on the car.



select concorde 2 brighton then like 'heartbreaker' thats your only task for the day....do that then do whatever you want, easy!

thanks charlie. i've ordered a kevlar bypass and also  kevlar top and bottom hoses whilst i was there-just in case!! mabel has a habit of breaking down on lgt!

lol id better make sure mine is sorted, the fan has a habit of not working when you most need it, i think an extra switch is needed

There was an issue with the later Mini's fans they kept staying on and not going off it was due to a faulty conection/switch I think Mine does it sometimes

mine is the opposite, sometimes it works (rarely!) and most of the time it doesnt.

i will just wire it to a switch, its much easier

i got mine wired to a switch-doesn't do much  when u got no water left in your radiator though
