Since Silly Mini Sunday Mabel has got a collection of spots on her bonnet.

There are a group of about 7 or so spots- raindrop shaped and size towards the edge of the bonnet. Think there were one or two before but no more than that.

They look like paler paint. I have tried T-Cut as I thought it might be salt, but no joy.

Any ideas? Could it be caused by heat from the engine? ( They are above the radiator).

Thanks.

i see it. it looks like the lacquer is going milky, sometimes if petrol or brake fluid is spilt on paint it goes milky. would need rubbing down and repainting ideally.
