well westerly say that scothall should never have let the car go like it is. There's a prob in upper steering and lower universal joint is half siezed. They've ordered parts and will be fixed next Thursday .

Taking great care to avoid a Lawsuit, I think very few Southampton MINI customers would be surprised.

there seems to be quite a few bmw/mini dealers in the south east that are not as good as they should be

Glad that Foxy is going to be sorted out.

If you had bought privately you probably wouldn't have noticed the problem on a test drive so you could have ended up having to fork out yourself.

that's what's strange- didn't notice on test or on drive home, only few days ago I noticed it, does make me wonder if they just greased it at Scotthall, or am I being paranoid now.........?

Still no tax disc holder.... strange that lol. Had to cancel Thursday as i ve been off work but he's going in on Monday, they are fitting the parts and also checking power steering to see if its normal noisy or broken noisy, and also looking at the alarming kangaroo impression he does when starting from cold. Westerly have been great so far lets hope it continues!!
