I recall 6 or 7 am starts so get practising.............
Ian is doing work experience with me here at Stansted airport in two weeks, so he will have to be up and dressed by 6.30am each morning, to in at work for 7am , so he will be asleep by 4pm in the afternoon it will be some what of a culture shock
