Today we took Bailey dog to his new home in Minehead.  Leigh has missed him very much, however we found it very strange coming through the front door without our usual greeting.  The cat's are still looking for him.

It's not what we do, it's the way that we do it!

The feeling is worse when they've died, that emptiness is horrid.

Is Bailey entering the dog show? You would have liked " Most Spottiest"

Not if they're anything like my Jess   I'm dreading Friday when I have to try and get her in the cat box and take her to the cattery for the duration of LeJog and the following week staying in Scotland with my sister

Do Michelle's cats go to the same place?

I have a "friend" whose job is house, pet, baby sitting and she comes fo feed Smoky in his own house, looks after the house and post and waters the garden £10 a day. It's quite dear but he's happy in his own environment and no stressful car journeys.

My neighbours are not pet friendly. So he does his business in their flower beds!

no! ronnie is ok, but reggie has got more and more vet phobic with each visit (which is where I also used to board them) - and my completely soppy, daft and stupid cat turns into this deranged, hissing, freaking, angry and evil looking ball of fur with sharp claws. so now i ask my sister to look after them and when she mutters and can't be bothered i ask my friend that lives just round the corner from me. all she asks in payment is a bottle of wine!! which reminds me - i should stock my cupboards - she alos likes to go chocolate hunting!

It's a shame your sister "can't be bothered". All the time you give up to look after her kids. But then you would not want it any other way.

Will your friend go down your freezer looking for peas?
