Hope everything is going well with the LeJog, we just got back from the Mini show in Cannon Hill park, just wanted to know if any nutcase were going to the IMM at Cofton Park, as we only live about about 15 minutes away but any of your guys are coming and camping we will join you rather than coming each day, as we were going to do each day, but the kids want to camp, we could always be lazy and go home for a shower anyway, so if any of you are coming let us know and as we will be booking shortly

Best wishes to Terry and all the others

Were camping at IMM (unless the weather is bad) and were planning to do the same and go home for a shower as we too only live down the road.

Not sure about a NDMR patchwere on to Carry On Mini'in Patch.  Yes they have added a charge on for late bookings.  As far as I know you can not buy a 1 day ticket for IMM you can for Mini 50 the event being held along side IMM but you can not get into the IMM with those tickets.

THere is that we did IMM 2004 in norfolk and that was something like £30 per person but T Shirts were Extra and there were no goody bags either plus it cost a lot more in fuel etc so in reality it's not too bad just glad it didn't clash with the LGT!!

Can't justify that amount of money for one mini event! Not when you see the value for money and fun we have on Grand Tour.

We've been to one and our last IMM in Scotland 7 years ago. Too many non Brits for my liking. Takes me a long time to cope with a strong Scottish or Irish accent even, let alone anything else.

Thats why I holiday in Devon and in a couple of weeks time Guernsey. That's foreign enough for me.

Yep its a bit steep, plus when the woman said yesterday that the price had gone up as we hadnt booked yet , I've been trying to find out if we could get tickets for the days only, but cant get an answer if not it going to be 200 quid, plus it says that that gives you a 6m x 6m space for a tent and one mini, but we will have two minis, so will this be extra? we could hide one in the tent

When you book in the form gives you space fr more then 1 mini book in passabger in each mini and you should be covered most of our club have one tent and 2 minis one of them has 1 tent and 2 minis.  It is expensive but it's once every 5 yearsa and stanford hall costs £11 a car that a lot of money for 1 day if theres opnly one person in the car.

Totally agree with rita the LGT is the best value event in the calender for what you get in return.

I went to MINI UNITED at Silverstone and have to say fpr £35 it was a bargin the trouble is now we compare all staic shows to that and it's not really fair to do that as MINI put so much money into it no other static show stands a chance

If anyone wants to camp at IMM2009 as a group, you have to arrive together, or you wont be picthing next to each other, pitches aren't reserved for clubs..
