What an interesting day I have had.......... We all met at 7am (yep 7!!!) and off to Brizol we went!!! Very unadventful until we got there!!!!!! I was a stones throw away from the Great Western Mini Show and all that was stopping me was a speed bump....... I proceeded over said bump and took the exhust right off the car.... well at the Y joint!!!!!! So the first half an hour Julian was lying in the rain tryin to fix it!!!! He was so wet at one point he couldnt see through his glasses!!! With the help of Gary managed to get it back together and limp up to the club stand!!!!!! So when the rain stopped again later in the day..... Julian decided to check Arthur again, so armed with tools that people had kindly gave us to use we took him back to the car park to jack him up and have a look......... Avoiding said speed bump!!!! Ideal we thought all back together!!! We then spent the rest of the day looking around and buying shiney things......LOL!!! At the end of the day we packed up and started on our journey........ well we didnt even get as far as leaving the field and the exhust came off AGAIN!!! Now the heavens had really opened..... So while we contemplated on how we were gonna get around this... we heard on the tanoy... that the north devon mini register won best club stand!!! (we all think it was the bra!!) So some good news!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say Arthur went limping back to the car park sounding like a tractor and again we had to go hunting for tools......... With everyones help and passers by from other clubs we managed to get him back together!!!!! Terry made sure it was all back on in the right place and we made our way home!!!!!!
I just wanted to thank Gary Terry Kevin Richard The man with the trolley jack!!!!! The man who supplied the bolt!!!!
thanks everyone you made it a fun day.... even with Arthurs mishap!!!

Maybe you should not have brought so many shiny bits. Arthur did look a bit loaded down.
BEAR FORCE ONE Terry is a muppet on the end of the arm of Tony Bear I LOOK, I LISTEN, I LEARN AND TAKE A STEP CLOSER TO THE FUNNY FARM EVERYDAY Bear force One. Working thrice as hard, for thrice as many children, getting to the funny farm three times as quickly Not long to go now then.

we nearly bought a veicle with loads and loads of shinney bits the only trouble was it cost £175,000.00 an amazing American RV 40 ft long ideal to take all the clubs bits an pieces up to shows
The Wheels contingent had a good day too the only bit of excitment we had was on the way home we went through nearly a flood at Camelford after they had had a cloud burst but we managed to miss most of the showesduing the day
We had a much better day than the lotus 7 club whose Gazebo thought it was a kite and took off into the trees as soon as they had put it together
and yes we did hand out all the leaflets
sometimes my mind not only wanders it goes off on its own
I have to say Penny your pop up gazbos are water proof as we found out Yesterday but we did forget the sides and had to hold it down once or twice. Glad you had a good time and I think you bra won us the best club stand.
