We got ours from CCC in caerphilly too who fitted them for us too I think the whole package (receiver + aerial + fitting) was about £80 per car. We asked about the legallity of them and were told that you don't need a licence and that they are allowed to be used on the road.
We used walkie talkies for the first couple of lgt's which are great if you are on a tight budget. Though the running commentry on the CB's is priceless and we would be lost without OBNAV
