IIfracombe Carnival

Anyone fancy coming along it's on Thursday evening just before that thing at the end of the month.

Always the same question from me. Do they throw coins at the cars?

Not sure about IIfracombe,  Appledore was great not one coin at any of the cars.

I'd like to ride shotgun (or coin collecting) with you as usual if that's ok  

Depends what time!!!!?????  I could always go off route and join in, in my postie van....  mmmmmm maybe not as there would defo be coins thrown at it!!!   Plus I would get the sack for going off route in the first place!!!!!!  So back to my original question.... What time is the carnival????????

Depends on coin throwing & if our hotel can extend our stay by a couple of nights. I'm off work until early September, so will phone them in the morning.

If it's the thursday before Grand Tour it is 27 th

What time is the Carnival, we fancy a blast down, I only have to fit a electric sunroof, service one mini before we come back down on Saturday, shame its not the week after cant you get them to change the date,   we could do mini stuff all week then

Not certain but I think it starts at either 7.00 or 7.30 Thursday evening

l am not saying and I have done IIfracombe for years. If I say they do not throw coins then some sod will, If I say they do throw coins then they won't. It is just like any other carnival but they are all getting better.

sorry im not able to go although its the best downhill carnival we did have one coin thrown the last year we did it

No problems I can fully understand.  I love IIfracombe carnival one of the best in the area we get such a fantastic welcome from 99.9% of the people. I will be there bubble machine on full power, got it working now. Blasting out the Italian job over the load speaker system attached to the roof. Have to reconsider playing we've got us a convoy. Could be a bit of a small convoy. might just stick to the Italian Job.

Any you can think off like I told you to just blow the bloomin' wheels off and i have a plan get the wheels in line that type of thing. I know this film inside out because I have seen the King & I over 4 times

You could try convoy by CW McCall. Can you see if you can get one that lasts about 30 seconds just so I can flick it on and turn it off before anyone notices.
