instead of paying me £75 for use of my car on test day, he and his dad were to give it a full valet.

Bumble had his valet yesterday, he looks nearly new. I asked for the interior (my office) to be extra clean and it is. I have a check test on thursday whereby an examiner sits in the back of the car on a lesson for an hour and assesses my level of instruction and how I get along with pupil.  At present I am a grade 4 and I'm hoping to improve that.

I'm paying the young lad to sit in our house tuesday to receive Andrew's new computer from Dell.

Good luck for your assessment, I'm sure you'll pass with flying colours

I'm not using Francesca as my pupil!!!  I offer the lesson free to a pupil as they must feel a little awkward so I've chosen a young mum who just manages an hour a week.

2 things on this thread.

Bumble had his valet last saturday and looks really nice. Sparkling clean round central consoles. Glass was so clean they innocently removed my training markers.

Dan did it with his dad to repay me for having the car for his driving test. On tuesday I paid Dan to house sit and wait for Andrew's computer to come, which Domino enjoyed.

Francesca cannot afford lesson next week as she overspent her allowance by £500 in New York. I didn't get a present?

I had my check test and it went fine but I stayed a grade 4. Examiner said I asked plenty of questions but answered them for the pupil. I was happy with that, I got a good overall score for attitude and approach to pupil which is more important to me. Next one in 2 years.
