Charlie - are you now a salesman, didnt think service advisors got the same bonuses as the salesmen. They didn't in the garage I worked at, although BMW GB would give an extra big bonus if you hit their sales targets which was then divided amongst all the staff but the normal sales commision was for sales staff only.
well seeing as every car that goes out gets at least a set of carpet mats, (and theres been a fleet of vans sold with plylining, roof bars etc) i get paid on all parts and accessories that get fitted to any car that comes in for work/gets sold. i managed to get 2 cars sold, one was an aygo mum, and the other was a hilux for a mate. even though i dont phisically do the deal, i get comission as a thankyou for getting the extra custom.

no i dont have to do that for another 5 years, as i passed before they bought the CPC in. i might have to do it later anyway, but see what they say when i go looking for jobs

well im a long way off to where i want to be, the instructor says i have to complete the cpc before september 2014, else its out of date
