right... if your flag was white (which I know it's not so it's not much help) you could have it sublimation printed, this is how I did your mini foresters ones. The ink is transfered into the fabric so is fully washable, ironable (whats one of those?!?!) and will no fade etc.
As your flag is red this proccess is not available as it has to be done on pale fabrics and has to be polyester. I think for it to be done you would be either looking at screen printing or vinyl application. Vinyl I can do (for a couple of weeks before we sell the business) if you need me to.
