lets just say, someone didn't see the step

it was a great evening and a good laugh as normal

Thank You Kev! Your lucky I didn't end up on your lap or you may have ended up wearing my drink - I still don't know how I managed not to spill it!

Thank god Lotty and Kate's place has a lift or I would of ended up sleeping on the sofa, Poor Barry propped me up most of the way, cutting off the blood to my arm in the process! Depending on how things are in the morning, I may end up at minor injuries

I could understand it if that was the case but it wasn't! I'd had a glass of wine with Kate before leaving for the meal and had a southern comfort and lemonade in my hand when it happened!

I still can't weight bear on it too well this morning, I had to hop around seeing to the horses this morning which was rather interesting. I really think I might have to get it checked out, I was hoping it would just go away!

I think you should get it checked out. My wrist hurt once when Heidi "jerked" the flexi lead and I twisted my wrist to avoid decapitating Andrew. Later X rays revealed it was broken.

I agree with Rita. Soft tissue injury is bad enough, but if it's skeletal, and it's untreated, it could affect the rest of your life. Off for an X-ray, young lady!

Just back from the local minor injuries, no x-ray given, they reckon it's just bruised, but why does it hurt so much?!?!

Often the way that soft tissue injuries are very painful. Good news is that you've had it checked out and nothing's broken - so it's just a matter of time.

Put your feet up - higher than your bum, to keep the swelling down - and make demands for loads of cups of tea on the basis "I'd do it myself, but I've been told to rest, with my foot up" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
