That's pretty amazing when the average coins were pennies. We were thinking about doing a collection on New years day parade but Londoners are not as generous as the folk in North Devon. I'd get more yen than pennies. |

Please do not forget that £90 was only a percentage of what we raised. The carnival committee kept some of it back to help towards putting on next years carnival. |
