Well it's official I've lost 9lbs in the last two weeks - unfortunately being ill is not really the way to do it Still I am now only 7lbs off of target, so if I can just be sensible for the next few weeks I might just make it
Good weight loss Carol. I did not go last night. I was late leaving the hospital but good news there, got an all clear and can come off heart pills but keep blood pressure pills and statins going. I was soaked to the bone (I go on the bus) and my hair was a mess. I'm off to Hammersmith soon for the day to have it done. Andrew has the pleasure of being at home to care for Domino.
