has anyone any thoughts about where we might go on Sun week???

either Bude again or else Braunton Croyde to Woolacombe for a walk along beach and then perhaps back to St Johns ??

sometimes my mind not only wanders it goes off on its own

I could send you the Lejog door plaques but if your coming down. So are you dropping a hint about your birthday.

It's 3 hours both ways which is a fair trek for a day trip, hmmmmmm, I could do with something to do, decisions decisions. Good idea about the door plaques if I do come down

We travelled 6 hours each way a couple of years ago to spend a day at the steam rally. We had to get up at stupid o'clock and were very tired the following day but it was worth it. I recall Domino being a very good boy in his crate for 2x6 hours with only a couple of motorway leg stretches.

Let the weather help your decision nearer the time.

Get your birthday dated on the calendar.

we have jsut been out this afternoon to have a look at Knighhayes Court as a possible end point for our run out next week

im glad to say although you have to pay to get into the House and Garden there is free access to the Restaurant Shop and toilets . Parking is amongst the woods there is plenty of room for Children to runaround and plenty of room for us to have a picnic

i need to check the times/mileage lf we breakfast at Morrisons Bide and go via Torrington the switchback/Southmolton and then via the B3227 Black Cat to Tiverton  so will post back later this week --have a look at the map and see what you think
