I'm planning on fitting a set of 7.5" Cooper S Discs to my 1969 MKII but I have just brought a set of original dunlop D1 alloys for it looking a the Min spare copies of these wheels it says not suitabel for cars running discs any ideas as to why and if it applies to the originals?

According to Minispares 7.5" Cooper S discs will fit under original Dunlop's.  
On their copies you need 10mm spacers to prevent the calipers fouling them.

That great thank you.

I have a set of S Discs with hubs but they need refurbing and to be honest I just haven't got the time to do them so I might sell them and buy new ones if anyone is intersted in them let me know.
