I've planned the Dog Show for 11 check in for midday show, we need a judge which Terry is thinking of or I can be neutral and do it. Slight hiccup with rosettes but always a plan B. Michelle has kindly mentioned it for me. Can't draw. But we can help elsewhere after the Dog Show.

Tombola items are needed so if you have any suitable items.
We will have the normal list of games and be using the tokens again. Also face painting.
Any more ideas.

Stacy has come up trumps and the rosettes are ready! All I need now is some dogs. Who's bringing theirs? Domino spends a lot of time looking at the bags of goodies ready for the canine entrants

Just thinking about the entrance fee, would it not be better to ask for a donation and is £3-00 per person to much to ask should it not be £3-00 per car. Then what about those people who come to just look at the minis and bring the kids. Lets not forget we do not have any traders.

Mini Auto jumble bits what do we do about that.

I do have a meeting at Dartington Crystal this morning.

I may be wrong but I think it was £3 per person last year. I think a fixed price would be better, some who do donations are mean. Are you out to raise funds? Then a fee is needed. You could have £2.50 each but over 2 in the car then £5 for everyone. Believing the weather will not be as bad as last year more cars will show so you could go lower.....

£3-00 per person or £5-00 per car full if there is more than one person inside, sounds very good but more important it does not sound greedy. What about the people visiting the show.
Been to Dartington Crystal today and they are going to donate 10 iceberg trophies again. We might have to buy a few bits and pieces but very little so everything we make on the day will be going to CHSW. The restaurant will not be doing so many cream teas but more pasties etc as they no longer do breakfast.
Same games as last years plus Lou might bring her hoop-la.
Tombola bits needed anything from a tin of beans to whatever.
We are going to do the tokens again works so well keeping the children busy.

£3 car with no passengers looked odd at first but then made sense. Yes it's fine to me but I'm no expert.

Not seen the poster yet but I was thinking along the lines off £3-00 for the mini & driver then £5-00 if there is any more in the car but they only get one book of voting slips.

So who is going to help with this years events lets get a few names and what would they like to do.
Parking
Stalls etc
Bouncers on the door sorry gate.
What stalls do we have same as last year or is there more, quack quack.
Must remember to ask the mayor of Torrington to come along.
I am more concerned about the PA system none has survived a Dartington Crystal show yet.
OK I know the event takes place in about 2 weeks but that's plenty of time.

We've got to set up an area for the Dog Show and take entries at 11 and run the show at 12 but we can help elsewhere after. Any thoughts on a judge? As I said I'm happy to do it if we're stuck. Someone from Dartington?

Andrew has today collected 40 reels x 4 colour ribbons for LGT courtesy of John Lewis to support our charity event. We'll bring them to Dartington for Terry to pass on to some poor soul who has to cut them, bag them and burn the ends to stop them fraying.

Clashes with Devon Mini Cafe I'm afraid. Laney will be doing that but I'm happy to come and help with the parking, setting up etc (and clearing away). I'll bring Morky and not the works van !

I don't suppose Laney will be there by herself then. But we are always grateful for every bit of support and help so thank you.

I have problems remembering what happened yesterday and trying to remember what I have to do tomorrow is impossible.
