finally got round to fixing the suspension, its been 2 years of tyre scrubbing  
nice to have suspension that doesnt kill the tyres and my back

they were. if they had been the harder race springs i think they would had been ok. live and learn   at least i know the easy way of changing the fronts without a cone compressor
