Hi Everyone Not sure if any of you will remember me some of you might not even know me but it seems like I have been away from here for years. Just in case any of you had any concerns our telephone has not been cut off and I have been answering e-mails.
We have been spending so much time with the little ones and we have been loving every minute of it including changing the nappies and wiping bottoms, yes me.
It is the same every year at this time, it gets harder and harder to start my nightmare that we call the LGT but once I get started I'm off and there's no stopping me.
Just to put things right, last year we raised over £30,000 because we did not add on what we pay out to the other charities and clubs that help us with my nightmare.
I am just about to get started on the LGT and I have to ask if anyone got any pictures of the death slide at the big sheep. Also did anyone take any pictures of the toilet and shower block at the campsite.
On the subject of Pictures I have to say a very special thank you to Michael Bennett for the article in Mini World it was super and the picture fantastic. We are are ready getting inquiries about this year.
This year there will be a few changes with regards to how things are done. I hope to get the LGT forms out by the end of the month to everyone who booked in last year. I will reserve your place for 2 months and on the 31st of March I will take other bookings and it will be first come first serve. I feel we had such a good event last year and raised more money than anyone expected it is my way to say thank you.
We will once again only be taking out 250 minis and the cost will be the same as last year. Only taking out 250 minis allows us to check on the sponsorship money and the amounts people bring in either as a group or as individuals is amazing.
So before you book this is what the event will cost you. £25 per person for the whole weekend children go free. £35 sponsorship per car, more would always be welcome and appreciated . Please remember the CHSW will be getting your money a day or 2 after the event and the only bank your sponsorship money will see is the CHSW.
Then there is the cost of camping £5-00 per night per person. Then there is the cost of the petrol what a nightmare.
I am hoping to get the LGT forms out by the end of the month so here are a few dates for you to remember.
APRIL 30th YOUR RESERVATION WILL END
MAY 1st THE EVENT WILL BE OPEN TO EVERYONE
JULY 31st I AM GOING TO CLOSE THE EVENT AND TAKE NO MORE BOOKINGS.
THIS YEAR WE WILL BE RAISING MONEY FOR LITTLE BRIDGE HOUSE AND WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN A FEW IDEAS ABOUT WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE. SO MORE ON THAT LATER.

Pleased to have you back on the board, it has been like a morgue! I am especially pleased we are supporting Little Bridge House specifically. Check your private messages, I offered to send you some money. No more clues.
Hi Rita Not sure about the barrels and not sure if I sent the PM but just in case anyone else is interested this is how the CHSW account stands at the moment.
