You turn your back on this event for 2 minutes and everything changes.
Due to circumstances way beyond our control we can not go to the Big Sheep on the Sunday night now.
So I was thinking maybe we could swop the big sheep night around with Saturday night Cruise.
That would mean we would have a show and shine at the big sheep on the saturday and in the evening spend the night dropping down the death slid at the big sheep.

We would then do the normal Saturday night cruise on the Sunday night and for this year only call it the Sunday night cruise, was going to call it the Tuesday night cruise but didn't sound right.  Don't you just love this event, if any one turns up at the right place at the right time it will be a miracle but that is what make the LGT such a special event, it's full of surprises.

Please do not feel afraid to comment even better if you have worked out what is happening and when can you let me and Lou know.

Sorry about all this Lou only just had the Telephone call.

And are dogs allowed in the area of the big sheep where you are having show and shine?

On the other hand we could just cancel the night at the big sheep. Or what about if we finished the the Saturday cruise at the big sheep instead of the Quay, all we would have to do is go up the high street. We could all have a rest on the Sunday night.

A rest? Are you ageing down there? Don't adjust your plans for one ungrateful dog. We rotate and take it in turns when we have Domino so no problem. You know best what to do that's why we employ you.

Domino's not guilty. If you have too many you can always give them to Penny for the raffle.

I sort of like the idea of a chilled out sunday night on the camp sight so we can all be fresh and relaxed for the big day.

Another point would be at least wed have plenty of parking on the saturday night at the big sheep

Terry. You do what you think works best. We're so pleased to be there, we'll fit in with whatever you say.

I am getting a bit confused though: is the Big Sheep Christmas Day or New Years Day?!
& is the Chippy open on Easter Monday?!

Aaaaah the uncertainty of it all. I've got my own plan............. I turn up like last year to help set up the camp-site. Then take it one day at a time. The little changes to plans last year made it even more memorable for me.

It will work out fine I'm sure, and personally, I can't wait....................

Anyone else feel the same ?

This event can overcome most hiccups !!

Just my opinion of course........

Vince.

Agree with the just turning up bit and following the minis, although I did that once and only realised I was lost when the mini in front pulled on to a house drive!!!

The idea of doing the usual saturday cruise and finishing at the sheep sounds good, the drive around on sunday is enough for me thats for sure and need a bit of chillax time before mondays events, but is it get the fish and chips then move on to the sheep or forgo the fish and chips for a Bleughger and chips at the sheep......?

My other vehicle is an 18T DAF MAN curtainsider!!

Not that I'm aware. We did give fancy dress a theme one year but it was restrictive. Do what you want just enjoy yourselves.
