We're going to a steamfair sort of thing on sunday. I'm having a trip in Krakatoa to see how my trapped nerve likes sitting restricted. Physio thursday. Got to take some clothes off..... Hate being touched!
Mum is practising getting into the mini and being driven in it... not sure how she will cope with doing the tour but if it means leaving the convoy early and going back then so be it
I'm going home on the tuesday and I think I will do it that night. It's NOT taking my hair off That's being done just before LGT. If you saw my real hair I would win a prize!!!
No. Starting a new diet. Struggling with Slimming World and bored. Got to sort my weight out rapidly so doing Lighterlife. 500 calories a day, shakes, soups, porridges, bars. Expensive but got to lose it. You may not recognise me when we come out of hibernation. Slimming World has taught me what I can eat to stay static. I am using the cost as my incentive. Pauline Quirke lost 6 stone in 6 months, let's see if she keeps it off.
Only thing is I've heard that once you start to eat 'proper food' again it goes back on - sorry to be pessimistic but we've had a couple of people coming to group - after Lighter Life

Yes but you and I know proper food is not what we can now have. I'm hoping the incentive of losing it and then eating what you are allowed not what you want might keep me there. I've asked everyone around me to tell me if I start to get it wrong to give me a real hard time. Got to get there first. Sew my mouth up. Have you managed to keep to target?
I'm half a pound out of target this week, but hey having to pay is and incentive to get back in by next week
Well done. You must feel pleased with your results. Our consultant was not very inspiring, that's not an excuse but she was piling the weight on and thoughy it funny?
We have a new consultant, she is a member who has lost about 5 stone and was so inspired she became our consultant, bless her she's so enthusiastic you can't help but be inspired yourself - it's one of the reasons that Lisa and I still go, plus the fact that we've been roped in to the social team (I'm the money lady and Lisa is the weighing lady)

I take my hat off to anyone who wants to lose weight and carries in through, but you see some celebrities who take it too far - and in my opinion, Pauline Quirk's one of those. She looks awful* on the cover of a magazine this week. So Rita I say "Go for it - but please know when to stop."
