The Menu is
Homemade Stilton and Celery Soup Prawn Cocktail Brown bread and butter Garlic Mushrooms
Roast Turkey and stuffing Braised L:amb Shank Saute Supreme Chicken in a whiskey and Mustard Sauce Salmon Fillet in Dill and Orange Sauce Baked Aubergine with herb cous cous and sundried Tomatoes with parmesan cheese above served with seasonal veg and roast potatoes
Christmas Pudding Sherry Trifle Creme caramel
Coffee mints at £17.50
there is a menu wiith less choice at 12.50 and another one at 22.50 (but still only one Veg option)

I appreciate that there may be something on the 17.50 menu that may not be to everyones taste but to be honest im a bit reluctant to start discussing with them swapping over items from another menu as i can see me then having to keep lists of 25 differnt menus and all the conseqencies that will entail .They have already been good enough to keep the room prices as the same as last year
if its ok with everyone else ill put up the 22.50 one and then we can decide of we go with that one what does everyone think
