I was just wondering, have I missed the photos from this years GT? Or am I just being a thickhead and havent seen the link for them. It doesnt take much, daily diesel fume intake, staring at the miles of road melts my brain.....
no, you have not missed the photo's, I sent them plus a dvd to Terry in September and he has not done anything with them. I always do them free, hoping that money can be made for the hospice. As i am a professional photographer I put in a great deal of time and effort- it seems i am wasting my time!!! I also do the photo's and write up for mini world, Who have given the run a lot of publicity. So get on to Terry!!!The dvd is great- so people tell me who have seen it, do contact me if you want any more information.
Thank you Mike for prepping the photos for the Miniworld article. They, with your input produce a good article. Terry rarely comes on the board so I'll probably ring him and see what he's up to.
Sorry Mike when we were taking I thought you were going to send a copy to Michelle to put on the web page. I am as always very grateful for what you do as I am for everyone who helps out no matter how small a part they play in making the LGT one of the best mini events in the country. I have been holding this event together for the past 16 years and it has taken up a great deal of my life I even managed to keep it going for the last four years which have been a nightmare for my family and those nightmares will never go away and we are reminded of them every time we see our grand daughters and we wonder what their lives are going to be like as they grow up. We spend as much time with our family as we can and we will continue to do so on top of all that I have my own personal issues and as far as I am concerned they are a lot more important than the LGT or even the register. The last 4 years have been very long and both Linda and me are very tired I have just taken the dragon in law home after her 6 day visit and tomorrow one of the little ones is coming for the weekend, something had to give and it was the register and I think it maybe like that until next year, when the LGT starts all over again.
BEAR FORCE ONE Terry is a muppet on the end of the arm of Tony Bear I LOOK, I LISTEN, I LEARN AND TAKE A STEP CLOSER TO THE FUNNY FARM EVERYDAY Bear force One. Working thrice as hard, for thrice as many children, getting to the funny farm three times as quickly Not long to go now then.
