Forgive my ignorance. Is that sticky back plastic or magnetic? Can't be magnetic at that price.

They used to, perhaps Terry can tell us but it's all getting a bit close now. Terry has enough to do but he thrives on it!

If they are the same size as last years, you can reuse the magnetic signs. That's if you had magnetic ones last year :)
Posted by: Terry, August 11, 2009, 5:15pm; Reply: 6
I will ask how much the magnetic door plaques are.

OK Door plaques are £15 per set plus Postage. You can pay for them when you book in. No magnetic as he cannot get hold of it in time. Same size as last year and LeJog.
So please confirm by tomorrow morning as I am going to order them.
One job done.

If they're the same size as usual, could I stick the new ones on top of last year's magentic plaques? That would work wouldn't it?

I take it that the plaques go on same as window film, best to spray a bit of water on to help get the air out? Julie will kill me if I get bubbles in her plaques :D :D
Posted by: Terry, August 21, 2009, 7:19pm; Reply: 46
Instruction inside the box best use soapy water and best spray vinyl as you take it of the paper backing. Stops it sticking to itself. Do not be nerves pretend she that must be obeyed is not standing behind you with a big stick. Best get Ian & Rachel to do it.

She just keeps saying I want them level and even, as if you can see both sides at once, unless you open the doors at the same time :-/ :-/ :-/

Don't forget to spray the back of the plaques as you peel it of the backing paper. Stops it sticking to it's self.
I think I will get some extra one to take to Westward Ho.

It used to be the steam rally but that is now held later in the year so we finish at Dartington Glass. They make us very welcome. Then I think we are convoying back via some really mean big dipper hills out of Torrington. Great fun!
