After seeing you and your daughters on BBC breakfast this morning I just had to get in touch!
I'm a 23 year old identical twin and was diagnosed with secondary bc in feb this year. Like your daughter I was misdiagnosed twice and I was diagnosed 8 months after having first gone to my gp. Who knows whether an earlier referral could have stopped it spreading to my spine! My twin has had an all clear MRI but we're having genetic testing to see what we're carrying. My grandma had it at age 30 which meant nothing to my gp. I was royally fobbed off!
Anyway, you can read all about my story in the mail on sunday this sunday but what I wanted to say is that I'm running a campaign called Coppafeel! Which is a young women's breast cancer awareness campaign, but not just that, we're empowering women to demand action from gp's and stand up for their health and obviously getting everyone to be more breast aware, hence the name. Thanks to being on dawn porter's recent documentary I have a close relationship with her and would gladly get her to get people to sign the petition. I have many followers on twitter that I can tell. I have just signed it myself. I just think it's so vital and like you said, will save lives.
I will be at farm fest in somerset next weekend and my twin and I would welcome the chance to speak to another pair of twins who have been through this. If your daughters are at all interested in speaking to me I'd really appreciate it.

Jujst a quick update on the Cry Wolf paper petition we now have 1437 names on it!!  A lot of these are down to my best friend Steph and her mom who are hairdressers and have had lots of customers etc sign it but we got over 500 if not 600 today at hinmley.

We are taking it to MINI UNITED and all the other shows we go to including NEW MINI DAY and IMM I will bringany completed ones to the LGT and send you anymore we get before the October deadline.
